Bourbon and peaches are made for each other, as are peaches and cream. So why not combine all three for a perfect end-of-summer boozy dessert? Simply omit the bourbon for a delicious, kid-friendly version.
Peaches ‘n Cream Grownup Ice Cream Float
1 serving
3 oz peach puree (I used store-bought. You would need to water down homemade puree, if you decide to overachieve that way!)
1 oz bourbon or Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Honey
1 scoop vanilla ice cream
Combine bourbon and peach puree in a sundae dish or a bowl. Stir to combine. Add scoop of vanilla ice cream.
